The Journal Sentinel provided severe weather updates as tornado warnings impacted much of southeast Wisconsin on April 17, before making way for widespread flooding.

According to the NWS, the six mile EF1 tornado first touched down around 4:08 p.m. west/northwest of Blair and tracked east impacting mainly rural areas. It ended just before the Trempealeau/Jackson county line on Turri Coulee Road at 4:17 p.m. Maximum wind speeds were estimated at around 110 mph.
Friday's severe storms have passed. However, plenty of damage remains across southeastern Wisconsin as of Saturday morning, in addition to the ongoing flooding threat.

As of Saturday at 9:35 a.m., the National Weather Service of Green Bay indicates that survey teams are just arriving to assess the damage of a tornado in Marathon County, just east of Wausau. It was confirmed by local law enforcement, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The Weather Service says it should know more early this afternoon.
